About Redstone.

Brothers and cofounders

Laureano “Junior” Gomez

Cofounder · General Manager

Junior brings a decade of roofing experience, from crew work through project and production management. In prior roofing roles, he helped carry more than 3,500 projects through production.

Junior remains active in the field, working alongside crews and helping resolve problems on site. His management experience is grounded in doing the work himself, and he continues to explore tools, materials, and methods that can improve it.

Angel Gomez

Cofounder · Director of Business Operations

Angel brings a background in technology, operations, and team leadership to Redstone. Before cofounding the company, he managed UCLA School of Law’s help desk and a team of 10+ technicians. He has since designed and built software for contractor operations.

At Redstone, he oversees estimating, customer communication, and day-to-day business operations. His focus is making sure customers get clear answers and that the details agreed on with them reach the people doing the work.

Isaías Santos Amaya

Foreman

My name is Isaías Santos. As a roofing foreman, my commitment is to lead by example on every project. To me, a roof is not just wood and shingles; it is the protection of a family. I work hard and with precision on every job to guarantee that safety, which allows me to return home with my head held high and enjoy my own free time with my loved ones.

Why Redstone exists.

Redstone began with a frustration: capable people were being held back by disconnected processes. Information was scattered. Sales, scheduling, and production did not always line up. Change orders that should have never happened. Good people lost time working around systems that should have supported them.

We started Redstone so the office and the field could work from the same information, with the customer kept informed along the way. The systems should support the people doing the work, not give them more work to get around.
